Business rates
Every 5 years, the rateable value of commercial premises are re-assessed. The next revaluation takes place on 1st April 2015.
Business rates represent a significant liability to any business, and we offer advice on whether reductions in this liability can be achieved. If so, we negotiate a reduction with the Valuation Office Agency (VOA).
Our fees are entirely performance related, and we will therefore not appeal an assessment if there is no merit in doing so.
